How long does a reel take to make?

Usually within an hour, and often much faster. Your reel renders in the background, so you can close the tab and carry on. We'll send a notification the moment it's ready.

Do I need any video editing skills?

None at all. You choose a style, format, length and soundtrack, and we handle the editing, motion, pacing and music for you.

How many photos do I need?

Between 3 and 20 per reel. Around 8 to 15 strong, varied photos is the sweet spot. We automatically pick the best of whatever you provide.

Can I import photos from my listing?

Yes. Paste your Airbnb listing URL and we'll fetch the name, location and photos automatically. If you host several listings, you can import them all at once from your host profile link. You can also upload your own photos instead.

What's a credit?

A credit is what one reel costs. Each reel uses one credit of its type: 15s, 30s or 60s. New accounts start with 3 free 15s credits. See Credits explained for more.

What happens if a reel fails to render?

You're not charged. If a render doesn't complete, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance and you can try again.

Which format should I use?

Vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels and TikTok, square for the feed, and landscape for your website or YouTube. If you're unsure, go vertical, it gets the most reach on social.

Can I change the music after the reel is made?

Yes. Open a finished reel and generate fresh soundtrack options. We compose three new original tracks for that exact reel and swap your pick in under a minute, the video itself stays the same.

Can I use my reels in ads or on my website?

Absolutely. The videos are yours to use anywhere, on social, in paid ads, on your website, or in emails to guests.

Can I work with my team?

Yes. Create a shared workspace and invite teammates by email, with roles that control what each person can do. See Inviting your team.

Do I need a password?

No. We use passwordless sign-in, just enter your email and click the magic link we send you.

Can I cancel my plan?

Any time, from the Billing page. You keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for. See Managing your subscription. </content>
